We have been ask to discuss our best and worst jobs from our
past, I fortunately have been blessed to work in some good jobs. For most of my
adult life I have work in the club/ bar industry so of course that is always a
good time. Don’t get me wrong I did have a handful of not so fun jobs but I always
found a way to make the best out of it. Even when I work as a server at a Pizza
Hut I made close friendships with the other members on the team that it was
enjoyable to go to work every day. Another job I had before getting into the
club scene was on the sales floor of Old Navy that was my first and only position
in retail. I got hired on as season but was ask to stay on fulltime. After that
I got my start working and headlining impersonation and drag shows, from there
it was only up.
I have had the honor to headline in not only gay but straight
clubs in Austin, San Antonio and Brownsville Texas, Phoenix Arizona, and of
course even on the Las Vegas Strip. I think one of my favorite jobs is when I was
a backup dancer for Nelly Fartado in the MTV Music Awards show at the Peal in
the Palms Casino. Aside from all the great gigs working in the entertainment
industry I have recently got more involved in the fashion industry. For the
past 3 years I was the personal assistant to Russel Frank who was the runway
producer of Fashion Week Las Vegas, where I learned a great deal of knowledge
in the industry. From this experience I am know the current runway producer for
Las Vegas Cut and Sew fashion week that happens four times a year.
